I think you're onto something here. But perhaps with a limit on the amount of TPE or on the attribute score being moved. To prevent us from completely redistributing things.

I am COMPLETELY okay with this. I realized that somewhat with the "speed limit" and untouchable attributes but there may need to be other limits. That's part of why I am so glad to see people posting what they would change.
