FYI we are trying to get this correct.

We hope to be in communication with Noble soon.

It's a tough spot to be in. It's a messy situation and it could be replicated by others in the future. Even if Noble and Kyle are telling the truth, the next multi caught may pull in a friend and not being telling the truth. So, once this is settled, I hope consideration is given as to how to prevent this again in the future. I recommended above that we force people to admit sharing IPs at character creation or put an exact timeframe on it (first week after creation?) and clarify it in creation.
