This is a very valid point. Especially since Noble at one time was a member of the HO. If anyone know the rules, it would be a former Commissioner.

When I created, I was at BWestfield's house and the FIRST thing he did was post in the IP thread. So, it does seem odd that Carson would fail to do this. Or that Kyle, who grasped this forum so quickly, somehow never saw the thread at all to post in it.

This is the same person that knew obscure rules to prevent other players in the DSFL from getting TPE, but did not know that he had to wait for a claim thread when updating himself.
