I believe Carson should not be exonerated as he failed to take the proper action to avoid the situation

All of this. We have the IP thread to 100% prevent this from being an issue. I cannot fathom that the existence of this thread, its purpose, or the consequences of not using it was in any way unclear to Noble. People who are completely new to sim leagues have found it just fine.

The fact that they did not post the conflict prior to being confronted is a huge red flag to me. It tells me that it was intentionally being ignored to hide something. Allowing him to continue completely invalidates the purpose of having the same IP thread.

When I created, I was at BWestfield's house and the FIRST thing he did was post in the IP thread. So, it does seem odd that Carson would fail to do this. Or that Kyle, who grasped this forum so quickly, somehow never saw the thread at all to post in it.

It's actually quite possible that Kyle wouldn't see it. No matter how quickly he grasped the forum, he is still new. The thread isn't exactly obvious to find if you don't seek it out, so the fact that he didn't come across it wouldn't be that unbelievable.

It also makes sense that Carson wouldn't tell him about it because he seemingly wanted to hide that Kyle was associated with him in the slightest.

Alright we are locking this thread because we need to take further action to look in to this situation to know if this ruling should stand.
