Great decision. It makes me happy to see a league that comes professionally to a conclusion without lackluster banter and complaining in which may happen in other leagues. Great job by the GMs, this is a good decision and gives a good look for the league.

Updating is a tough job, so acknowledging you made a mistake also deserves credit. No harm, no foul.

If the Hawks win it all, the asterisk by their name will have an asterisk. All three of our games against them they had an illegal player. In such a close game, with our offense so limited by the Hawks D, this is painful to hear...

...but a four tackle game is hard to get too upset about.

I propose that the Hawks be penalized by having a later draft pick, which, by winning, already has been imposed on them. Fucking revenge next season, though.

I don't see why we would need to be penalized? The first player (Gibson) was cut and suspended immediately, and we had no knowledge of it happening. The second player (Broadway) was due to updater typo by your own GM, and had minimal impact on the game. Not sure why further penalization would make any sense.

Yea it sucks, but I guess a fledgling league has it's growing pains. Sometimes you take your lumps for the sake of progress. I know I'm taking a very big lump right now, rightfully so.

Hawks won't get @BOOM™ back next year though, so that's a nice bonus for me lol. He was pretty good against us in the playoffs.

I think he was just saying that your penalty is that your draft pick is late in the first round because you've won. I don't think he was asking for an additional penalty.

I was joking that because you won, you draft later in each round.
