Having two different OL templates would function in the same way but may cause confusion down the line. The only differences is that changing the user template has less flexibility both in build choice (everyone gets, say, +50 TPE in pass blocking, run blocking, strength, and agility rather than splitting it how they want) and forces all the TPE difference immediately. If we wanted a more gradual increase it wouldn't work unless we combine the two (ex: +100 TPE in starting attributes and +100 TPE upon being called up/reaching some milestone).
