No it wouldn't, as I said I only used it as a tiebreaker.  At no point did I introduce someone who wasn't already in contention as a receiver.

It's an unfair tiebreaker though because it doesn't break any tie in regards to WR categories. It's like comparing apples to oranges. You don't say one defender is better than the other because one of them has more special teams tackles. Special teams tackles have nothing to do with defensive snaps.

I can see that. I just wanted to show the importance of extra time on the field. I'm definitely open to using other things as tiebreakers. Honestly, now that I know catch % is tracked, I'll likely change the formula a bit next season.

That said, though, the point was to get recognition to some great receivers (you being one of them) that weren't getting talked about enough using objective methods. I think I accomplished that

Still not sure if I agree with the decision to exclude YPC as it is really an efficiency metric moreso than any of the other statistics we have. I do agree YPC has it's flaws though, maybe including yards per target as a better alternative would be nice, but I know that's a lot of work on top of what you already did! Definitely some interesting insights, especially for guys that don't always get the attention they might deserve.
