Noble Firing and Suspension

My question is:

Noble said that he is going inactive.
He is supposed to be docked 73 TPE.
If he is inactive, who decided what 73 to remove?

Regardless of the S3 Ban, he's so far ahead of any current rookie QBs that would replace him, he easily could return to the starter role for S4 even as an inactive.

Does it fall to Daybe and TheMemeMaestro? Or is it in Ballerstorm's hands? Or should it be the last 73 TPE he allocated?

I'll prolly be called out and given a lot of shit for this but... I don't hate Noble here. Here's why.

He's 15. That's not an excuse. It's truly not. But when I was his age, and even into my 20s, I was the same way. If I could cheat, I would. Multiple times, I was caught cheating on games in the past. I always took shortcuts and advantages when possible. It was not a good thing to do. He knows it. I know it. Everyone knows it. His lack of being apologetic is indicative of the same way of thinking as I used to have. Justifying it any way possible so that it seemed right in his head. The fact he cheated in multiple leagues already shows he's not ready for responsibility. There's an addicting feeling to being better than others at something, and I think if he felt that slipping away (and I can see how with Orosz and Boss beating him in stats despite lower TPE amounts) he wanted an edge. It's not right, and I'm not trying to defend him. But I'm saying I've been there in the past and I know that feeling.

I hope that he can learn his lesson. History shows he hasn't. But I hope that he doesn't take this idea that cutting corners and taking unfair advantages is allowable into his real life. I made that mistake and paid for it. Maybe it will take a real life repercussion to knock some sense into him. I sincerely hope not.

I see everyone here shitting all over him. And I get why, he cheated and that action is reprehensible. But I was taught to hate the action, not the person. I honestly don't view Noble as a bad person. Just a kid who made a series of mistakes and has to learn true consequences for his actions. He has plenty of time to evolve and change as a person. I know I sure did.

i think you answered your own post to be completely honest. I'm the same age (well I'm 17 but basically the same) and I'd never be stupid enough to do the same thing over and over again and then expect people to show me even an inkling of respect. He's done this so many fucking times after asking for "one last chance to prove myself" and its absolutely fucking insane that there are still people that actually think this guy has even an nanometer of his body that is not filled with shit. Honestly, if I was a commissioner, knowing this guy's history, I'd perma the fuck out of him, and I wouldn't think twice about it. Not even as a 15 year old can you be punished this many times and still have the audacity to do the same thing 3 months later without even thinking "hmm, maybe in this league where people actually respect me for once I should ruin that just for the sake of being a bit better than everybody else." Still astonishes me that someone even let him be commissioner, and that's not an insult to whoever made that decision, because I'm all for giving someone a second chance, but not a seventh. not an eighth. It's pathetic that he hasn't learned his lesson, it's not a sign of his age.

I mean, you were wanted an interview today and said there'd be something newsworthy, and you're kinda head updater, easy dot to connect. Er runs the sim, hard to believe he wouldn't be in on a scandal this big. And Muford is a teammate, told us shit was going down today, but not what it was. Unless something else big happened today that I haven't heard about, it'd be dumb to assume he wasn't in some way involved.

So either this was pretty easy to piece together, or I should drop my shit and become a detective.

Yeah, but you're kinda the de-facto God of updating lol. While it may not have been specifically sim related, you oversee the work of the updaters and have been known to step in on related issues.
